Saturday Worship Service - 7pm to 8pm
Lighthouse
Church offers their primary worship
service on Saturday evenings.
Dress is casual. The
first half of the service is a musical combination of contemporary songs and
favorite hymns played by a worship ensemble of keyboard and vocals.
Included in the service is a time of greeting, prayer and the opportunity for
congregants to give of their tithes and offerings.
The latter half of the service focuses on the preaching of the Word
of God. The nature of the teaching is
careful exposition of the Bible with a view for personal application of
biblical truth. Communion (the Lord's
Supper) is celebrated on the first Saturday of every other month. The purpose of
our worship service is for the spiritual strengthening of believers in
Christ. Following the
benediction, everyone is invited to stay for refreshments and fellowship.
