Teens of Faith

Saturdays 6:00pm to 6:45pm

Every Saturday before the worship service, Michael and Lynn Anderson teach the Teens of Faith class for primarily junior high children.   Included in the Bible study are various arts, crafts and activities that are age-appropriate for older children.

Michael came to Lighthouse Church early in 1999.   He joined our fellowship that April.   His wife to be, Lynn Gaffney, came aboard in December 1999; and they have both been a great blessing to our church.  Both Michael and Lynn sensed God's call to help develop a much needed children's ministry.  Taking the reigns of Adventure Club (later known as Teens of Faith), they have been faithfully serving as our children's ministers ever since.  Joined in marriage in February 2000, our husband and wife team have done much to advance the kingdom of God with fun and innovative ways to teach biblical truths to young people.  Their work in planning, organizing, and teaching our very own Vacation Bible Schools, for example, demonstrate their great love for reaching kids for Christ.
